RODA FADLALLAH
Chairman / Managing Director
Roda has run BCL for over 25 years and in that time, has developed a large number of public and private sectors. With about 30 years experience managing businesses, he has the responsibility for strategic growth of the organization. He has grown BCL to becoming one of the leading construction and civil engineering companies in Nigeria with a reputation for delivery of projects to quality, cost and time constraints. He became Chief Executive of BCL in 1993. He was previously the director of Silver Shoes MFG Co. Ltd. from 1989 to 1999. He was appointed Managing Director of BCL in June 2017. Roda holds a BSc in Computer Science and Engineering. He is a member of Young Presidents Organization and a member of America Employee Recreation Association.
TAIWO MATILUKURO
Chief Financial Officer
Taiwo joined BCL in 1997 as the Senior Manager for Finance. He became Chief Financial Officer in January 2012 and in July 2014 became a Director and was appointed to the board. Before joining BCL in 1997, Taiwo served as senior manager of finance at N.L Finance and Investment Company Ltd. During his earlier career he held a senior financial position with Nigeria General Insurance PLC. Taiwo has an E-MBA from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Nigeria, Member of the Institute of Management Consultants, Nigeria Institute of Management, Chartered Institute of Taxation and Business Recovery and Insolvency practitioners Association of Nigeria.
Justin Nwampere
Assistant General Manager Commercial
Justin joined BCL as the commercial manager in 2016. He was previously Contracts Manager at Cappa and D'alberto PLC. He also worked as Project Manager and Head of Construction at Oceanic Savings and Loans and Jatech Construction. In his earlier years, he worked as a structural engineer for different leading construction firms. Justin has a BSc in Civil Engineering and also a certification in Negotiation Tools and Skills from the Lagos Business School. He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, Structural Engineering Institute and Nigeria Society of Engineers. Justin became Assistant General Manager, Commercial, in January 2019.
ARKAN ALJBAIE
Assistant General Manager Construction
Arkan is currently the Assistant General Manager, Construction at BCL. He joined in January 2016 as Construction Site Manager, where He worked on some Landmarks projects including The Duchess hospital, Ikeja GRA, Lagos, Westfield Project, Along Coca Road, Ikeja Industrial Area, Lagos, and Cornerstone Towers, Oniru, Victoria Island, Lagos, Nigeria. He previously worked with Charvet Nigeria Ltd., where he oversaw the Elioparanwo road project PortHarcourt, Rivers state as Project Manager, and Trafford court, Oniru, Lagos state (Residential building project of 14 stories) as Construction Site Manager. Arkan comes with a vast experience in Construction Management. Arkan became the Assistant General Manager, Construction in May 2019. Arkan holds a Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering from the Damascus University.
